Presentations: Snack Attack - Students will learn how to make heart-healthy snacks with no stove top or oven cooking. Most snacks can be prepared in under five minutes. Students will also learn about proper portion size and caloric limits for daily snacking.
I will read a portion from my book explaining my story and inspiration for writing the book. Students will learn what a stroke is and how important maintaining heart-health is, even at a young age.
