Ellen Booraem is the author of the critically acclaimed fantasy novels SMALL
PERSONS WITH WINGS (Penguin/Dial 2011) and THE UNNAMEABLES (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt 2008 and 2011). Both are for readers aged nine and older. Before becoming a novelist, she was a small town journalist as well as a staff writer for corporations and colleges.

3. Theft at Town Hall (We discuss how to write a news story from a given set of facts)
4. World-Building: How Details Create a World (We explore how one change would change a civilization, e.g. paws instead of hands.) I have run middle-school and high-school workshops on a variety of writing topics. Contact me to discuss the possibilities.

Audiences: Middle school through high school.

Available Times: Afternoons or evenings, March 15 through June.
No recording of Skype Sessions without permission from the author.
