Presentations: "Take a Notion," a presentation about ideas, where to find them, and how to turn them into stories. This presentation empowers students to tap into their own life experiences to find materials for stories. Also, with older students (Grades 4 & above), Larry addresses non-fiction and how/where to find resources. His program is meant to reinforce the hard work that teachers do.

In-Depth Visit Cost: $250.00 for a single session; $300.00 for two same-day sessions
Prerequisites: Students must be prepared by reading my books. My biographical sketch and FAQs are listed at my website. I've written more than 155 books, fiction and non-fiction, for readers of all ages, so select titles that are age-appropriate. A title like The Sidewalk Patrol, for example, would be appropriate for K through Grade 2 or 3, while Birmingham Sunday or Black & White would be more suitable for grades 4 or 5 through Grade 8+.
